The iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (EFA) provides passive exposure to large‑ and mid‑cap stocks in developed markets outside the United States and Canada, primarily covering Europe, Japan, Australia and other Asia‑Pacific economies. It seeks to track the MSCI EAFE Index, a market‑cap‑weighted benchmark that includes over 900 equities across sectors such as financials, industrials, health care, consumer discretionary and technology.
