- 52W High and 52W Low
- The highest and lowest recorded prices over the past 52 weeks, based on available historical data.
- Allocation
- A breakdown that shows how an ETF or portfolio is distributed across categories such as sectors or holdings when available.
- Analyst Consensus
- Aggregated analyst opinion data from a market data provider when available. It is third-party information and not TickStock advice.
- Analyst Score
- A numeric summary of available analyst rating data from a market data provider.
- Annual Return Std Dev
- A historical volatility measure based on the variation of returns over a period. It describes past variability only.
- Annual Yield
- A historical dividend or distribution yield field shown when provider data is available.
- Asset
- A stock, ETF, or crypto item shown in TickStock for historical and informational review.
- Average Daily Volume
- The average recorded trading volume over a recent historical period, such as the past 20 trading days.
- Average Return
- A summary value calculated from available holding fields and recorded prices.
- Bearish
- A market term describing a period or pattern of declining prices.
- Beta
- A measure of historical stock price variability relative to a broad market benchmark.
- Bullish
- A market term describing a period or pattern of rising prices.
- CAGR
- Compound annual growth rate. TickStock displays this as a historical annualized return over the available calculation period.
- Change
- The difference between two recorded prices or values over the selected period.
- Close
- The final recorded price for a trading session or provider-defined daily period.
- Cost Basis
- A holding value based on the purchase price and share quantity you enter.
- Crypto
- A digital asset category with market data that may trade continuously across venues.
- Current Price
- The latest available price shown for an asset from TickStock data sources.
- Daily Gain
- A holding calculation based on the latest available daily price change and entered position information.
- Dividend frequency
- How often dividends or distributions are reported, such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.
- Dividend Income
- A calculated or reported income amount from dividends or distributions over a selected historical period.
- Earnings
- Company financial results reported for a period. TickStock may show earnings-related data where available.
- Earnings Growth YOY
- Year-over-year percentage change in reported earnings for a comparable quarter or period.
- ETF
- An exchange-traded fund. ETF data may include price history, holdings, distributions, expense ratio, and allocation details when available.
- Ex-Dividend Date
- The date associated with dividend eligibility in provider data. Rules and timing can vary by security and market.
- Expense Ratio
- A fund cost field usually expressed as a percentage of fund assets when available.
- Forward P/E
- A price-to-earnings ratio based on expected future earnings data when provider data is available.
- Gainers
- The number of assets with a positive change in the latest session.
- High and Low
- The highest and lowest recorded prices over the selected session or period.
- Holdings
- The assets or positions reported inside an ETF, fund, or portfolio record where data is available.
- Inception Date
- The reported date when an ETF or fund began operating or trading, based on provider data.
- Index
- A fixed group of stocks selected by a set of rules, such as the largest US companies. Each stock is given a weight, which is the percentage of the index it represents.
- Industry
- A business classification used to describe a company more specifically than a broad sector.
- Intraday
- Market data recorded within a trading day where supported.
- Losers
- The number of assets with a negative change in the latest session.
- Market Capitalization
- A company size field commonly calculated as share price multiplied by shares outstanding when provider data is available.
- Market Value
- A holding value based on the latest available price and share quantity you enter.
- Max Drawdown
- The largest historical decline from a peak value to a later trough value during the measured period.
- Moving Average
- An average of historical prices over a rolling period, such as the 50D MA or 200D MA shown in TickStock.
- Net Assets
- A fund value field representing assets minus liabilities when provider data is available.
- Open
- The first recorded price for a trading session or provider-defined daily period.
- P/E Ratio
- Price-to-earnings ratio. This field compares a market price with earnings per share when data is available.
- Payment Date
- The provider-reported date when a dividend or distribution payment is scheduled or recorded.
- Payout
- A reported dividend or distribution amount for a payment event where provider data is available.
- PEG
- Price/earnings to growth ratio. This field compares a P/E ratio with earnings growth data when available.
- Portfolio Turnover
- A fund field that reports how much portfolio holdings changed over a period, usually expressed as a percentage.
- Position
- A holding record with information such as shares and purchase price.
- Profit Margin
- A company profitability field that shows profit as a percentage of revenue when provider data is available.
- Recovery Period
- The historical time it took for an asset to return from a drawdown to its previous peak, when that recovery occurred in the available data.
- Return on Equity
- A company profitability field that compares net income with shareholder equity when provider data is available.
- Revenue Growth YOY
- Year-over-year percentage change in reported revenue for a comparable quarter or period.
- Sector
- A broad market classification such as Technology, Financials, Healthcare, Energy, or Utilities.
- SPY
- The symbol for the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, an ETF that tracks the S&P 500 index. TickStock uses SPY as a broad market reference when comparing historical performance on charts.
- Stock
- A public company share category with market data, company details, and historical metrics when available.
- Symbol
- The short identifier used to look up an asset, such as a stock ticker or crypto code.
- Top Sectors
- The largest sector allocations reported for an ETF or fund where holdings data is available.
- Total Gain
- A holding calculation based on entered cost information and the latest available market value.
- Total Return
- A historical return measure for a selected period. Availability and calculation inputs can differ by asset type and data provider.
- Trailing P/E
- A price-to-earnings ratio based on past earnings over a trailing period when provider data is available.
- Trend
- A short-term technical direction label derived from historical price data.
- Volume
- The recorded number of shares, units, or contracts traded over the selected period where provider data is available.
- YTD
- Year to date. This covers the period from the start of the current calendar year through the latest available data point.
