Description
The Communication Services Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLC) invests in U.S. equity securities that belong to the Communication Services Select Sector Index, covering companies involved in diversified and wireless telecommunications, media, entertainment, and interactive media & services. It follows a passive, market‑cap‑weighted replication approach, holding the index constituents in approximately the same proportions to mirror the sector’s overall performance.
