The Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF (VEA) provides exposure to stocks of companies located in developed markets outside the United States, including Europe, the Pacific region, Canada and Israel, spanning large‑, mid‑ and small‑cap equities across all major sectors. It follows a passive, full‑replication approach that seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Developed All Cap ex US Index, holding the constituent securities in proportion to their index weights.
